Our Exchange Policy
Product(s) can be exchanged within the 7 days of the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packaging is in its original condition and original invoice/Order confirmation email reference is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. If product delivered is accurate as ordered by customer and still need exchange then delivery charges will be applicable.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defective or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer support by emailing us images of defected/wrong product letstalk@evacollections.pk or calling us at 0321-5482000 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
REFUNDS
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Eva Collections may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors.
